The old hürlimann brewery of 1836 in the heart of zürich has been renovated into a contemporary hotel and thermal bath & spa that gets its naturally-heated water from a nearby spring. the original underground wooden vats have been restored and converted into baths of varying temperatures under the original stone arches.
