 Harbin ice festival is held at Northeast in China where a large number of visitors come to enjoy the festival sculptures or many more interesting things which are made from ice and snow that's why this festivals is also known as ''Harbin Ice and sow festival''.Harbin festival is consider as world's four largest ice and snow festivals.The average temperature in summer is 21.2 degrees Celsius and winters can be bitterly cold with temperatures plummeting to -16.8 degrees Celsius and more.
