On this September Paris Allows Cyclist and other People Freely Roam for Cycling and Cars Ban, The people of Paris can ride on bicycles freely with out any traffic problems because Paris ban the cars for one day.the second annual Journée Sans Voiture, or Car Free Day, will open the city’s streets to bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and foot traffic while forbidding motorized vehicles, allowing both locals and tourists to wander freely.
