Huang Mingbo from Taiwan, presented the collection of miniature motorcycles from lobster shells at a food art seminar in the Chinese province of Fujian to the amazement of those in attendance. The food carving specialist used nothing but lobster shell to complete the collection of intricate models which even feature wing mirrors and number plates.
