Solved Water Difficulties By using Artificial Glaciers

In the Nothern India, People store water in pipes from glaciers and
streams in the mountains. They freeze water, after some time the sun melted it
and it’s a good opportunity for their villagers to irrigating fields from this
water. It is a great idea of storing water like this and they can solve the water
problems.
Ice cones are called ice stupas due to its specific shape.
It can be good for India if they do work like this they can get fifty more ice
stupas in Ladakh and they will provide ten millions liters water to their
farmers to irrigate their crops. Ladakh is situated in Jammu Kashmir in India.
There is no source of water other than winter snowfall in the mountains.
