edwards moore is a melbourne-based architecture and design studio founded in 2009. their work ranges from private houses, retail spaces, exhibitions and temporary pavilions, to buildings and large scale city planning projects. on this occasion, they present us a dynamic new design for the local-based william angliss institute, consisting of a training hotel facility that provides a series of hospitality teaching areas linked across three levels within their existing campus.
