Whole this concept is titled as ''Voyage''.They use mobile device for changing the colours through the wireless network in the area run by Voyage,from this system the lights can be change in rainbow or many more things.Lights are work all time but the best view to watch these is in night.Here are some brilliant shots taken on December 17, 2012.
