Long Wall Portrait-Long Ma Jinjsxiu in Guangzhou
Portuguese street artist Pantónio recently painted a massive mural called Long Ma Jinjsxiu in Guangzhou, China depicting an eye-catching goat (which happens to be the symbol of the city). The artist has been in China, recreating the image of several culturally rich animals in the Asian nation in his signature style, turning ordinary animals into extraordinary spectacles.
This particular long wall portrait that Pantónia has meticulously crafted seems almost mythical in shape and form. There's a fluidity to the creature's composition that makes it seem as though it can easily disperse into a million little fish. Upon closer inspection, it seems that the goat's long, winding body is in fact made of smaller entities resembling marine life. Oddly enough, one can't help but see a resemblance between the surreal creature and a flying dragon.
