While it’s still summer for many of us, we can’t help but think about the upcoming cooler temperatures. This historic and impressive piece of machinery is the rotary snowplow, and it’s used for clearing train tracks after a heavy snowfall. The large, circular set of blades on its front are rotated by an engine that’s held within its frame. But although it contains an engine, the snowplow isn't a self-propelled vehicle. This means that one or more trains must follow behind to push it along the tracks as it cuts a path in the snow.

Cormorants are a family of sea birds whose diet consist mostly of fish. These birds are masters in fishing – they wait for their prey on sea shores or by the side of rivers, and at the right moment dive underwater, propelling themselves with their wings and feet, and catch fish with their specially designed beaks. In ancient Japan and China, fishermen have learned to keep and train these birds to help them catch fish in rivers. This is known as cormorant fishing or “ukai” in Japan. It is still practiced in select places in Japan, particularly in the Nagara River in Gifu Prefecture, where the ancient art has a long history going back to more than 1,300 years.

Adrian Limani lives and works in a small Serbian town of Presevo. He is now 21 years old and has great prospects for the future. According to the photographer, it all started with a few ordinary photos of light bulbs, without any effects or processing. And then he thought of the similarity to the ships in bottles. Adrian likes the form of conveying itself, and he is going to continue the series. Photographer draws inspiration from books, movies, music and the environment of his personal space.

I love variety and as such you will find a reflection of that in my art work, from fashion illustrations to thought provoking photographic images. My latest challenge combines art with photography. This new project which I named "Dirty Little Secrets" involves images created with dirt, shaped into different everyday items, accessorized with real life objects and then photographed.
